Stephanie and Eric's courthouse wedding at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California took place on a sunny summer day in the midst of the pandemic. Following their intimate ceremony, we made our way to Jeffrey Open Space Trail in Irvine for them to exchange their personal vows.


Stephanie and I met at UCLA in 2019 through a program designed to empower Japanese high school students. Crazy how those times seem to be in the distant past. Even though the program lasted only a week, Steph and I were able to make an impact on the students lives because of our love and appreciation for their culture.


Thanks to the all powerful social media outlets, I was able to stay in contact with Steph and enjoy her posts on all the delicious eateries around Orange and LA counties. It was fun to try some tasty treats from the places she recommended!


Steph reached out to me earlier this year asking if I would photograph her and Eric’s license ceremony at the Honda Center. Of course I was delighted to do this! I absolutely loved how Steph and Eric held nothing back in front of the camera and made it just as magical as a full blown wedding day complete with the dress, veil, bouquet, and ring!
